2024年3月20日、CHASWEAR茶思維学院初めて日本でのイベント「中華茶芸x日本茶道」コラボ春分お茶会が無事開催しました！ご来場いただき、誠にありがとうございます！
当日は4席の茶席があり、皆様にまず中華茶芸を体験していただき、台湾の烏龍茶２種類を召し上がっていただき、その後、茶道の体験とお茶立ての体験をしていただきました。
実はこのお茶会は去年の11月から企画しまして、いよいよ実現できました。皆様の満足した笑顔に嬉しくなります。

中国茶/台湾茶の楽しみ方はたくさんあります。その一つは、淹れる前にお茶っ葉の香りを楽しむことです。

今回中華茶席のお菓子は先生方が台湾から持ってきたチョコレートです。白色と青いチョコレートは中国の染付のイメージをしています。
